GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGE

FOR ALL NEW AND EXISTING BOOKINGS FALLING ON PERIOD OF STAY 31.03.14 AND ONWARDS THE "TOURISM DIRHAM" FEE OF

AED 20 (6$) PER EACH ROOM/BEDROOM, PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY HOTEL GUESTS

DURING CHECK-IN .

RATES VALIDITY

The rates are valid for individual leisure bookings only (max 9 rooms). These rates do not apply for groups.

MEALS POLICY

International Buffet breakfast at Café Nikki.

HB meal plan - Breakfast + (Lunch Or Dinner)

During Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve, Half Board will only be applicable during Lunch and not for the Gala Dinner.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in: 15:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 noon.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out is subject to room availability at an exrtra charge.

No check-in /check-out is allowed on 31st December 2019/2020 and 1st January 2020/2021.

EARLY DEPARTURE: 100% of the booked period on meal plan booked.

NAME/DATES CHANGES are considered cancellation and will incur the applicable cancellation fee as per contract policy.

The Hotel requires a deposit of 500 AED per room/suite and AED 1,000 per villa, per night, taken upon check-in from the guest, as a guarantee for the guest’s incidentals.

ROOMS BENEFITS:

* Complimentary International Buffet breakfast for single/ double at Café Nikki.

* Complimentary bottled water on daily basis and in- room coffee and tea making facilities.

* Complimentary access to the Resort Pool and Tone Gym.

* Complimentary internet access in room.

Connecting Rooms & bedding Requirements (king or twin):

Connecting rooms are offered upon request and subject to availability at the time of check-in.

* Bedding requirements must be stated at the time of booking however, will remain subject to availability upon arrival. Only Covet Rooms, 2 bedroom Ultra Suites and 2 bedroom Villas are available with twin size beds.

Recreation Facilities & Transfers:

* Tone Gym, steam room and resort pool are free of charge for resort’s guests. Children aged below 15 years require adult supervision whilst using these facilities.

* Nikki Spa – extra charge of 42$ per guest, per day for each day use of sauna, steam rooms and relaxation zone.

* Complimentary access to Nikki Beach Club & Restaurant for Resort’s guests, with no minimum spend.

* Sunbeds or Cabanas at Nikki Beach Club & Restaurant are chargeable and subject to availability at the time of arrival.
